Super Hermes is a set of skills for Hermes Agent that makes the agent generate its own analytical instructions before tackling a complex task. Each generated instruction, called a prism, is tailored to the specific artifact, such as a source file, a business plan or a strategy document, and the agent then executes it. The output covers what was found along with what was not examined.

The project ships five slash-command skills: prism-scan for a single tailored analysis, prism-full for a multi-pass pipeline where later passes challenge earlier findings, prism-3way for a where/when/why analysis, prism-discover for mapping analysis domains, and prism-reflect for a constraint report on the analysis's blind spots. It also includes seven pre-built prisms that can be used as system prompts with other LLM tools.

The skills save constraint notes to a .prism-history.md file in the project, so later analyses in the same project can adjust their approach to cover previously missed angles. Installation is available through the Hermes skills hub or by cloning the repository and running an install script.
