What is it?
This repository provides reference agents, slash-command skills and MCP data connectors for common financial-services workflows, including comps and precedent analysis, DCF and LBO modeling, pitch decks, earnings notes, GL reconciliation, month-end close and KYC document review. Each agent is packaged as a Claude Cowork plugin and as a Claude Managed Agent template, so the same prompts and skills can run interactively or inside your own workflow engine.
The skills are organized into vertical plugins (financial-analysis, investment-banking, equity-research, private-equity, fund-admin, operations) that can be installed separately. Connectors are configured through a shared .mcp.json file and cover providers such as FactSet, S&P Global, Morningstar, LSEG, PitchBook and Box. Everything is plain markdown and JSON with no build step.
All agents are designed to draft work product such as models, memos and reconciliations for human review. They do not make investment decisions, execute transactions or post to ledgers, and the project states that its outputs are not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
