Что это?

gws is a command-line client for Google Workspace. Instead of hand-writing curl calls against REST endpoints, you run commands such as gws drive files list or gws sheets spreadsheets create. The command set is built at runtime from Google's Discovery Service, so newly added API methods become available without a tool update. Every resource has --help, --dry-run previews a request before it is sent, and --page-all streams paginated results as NDJSON.

All output, including errors, is structured JSON, which makes the tool easy to pipe into jq or other scripts. The repository also ships over 100 Agent Skills (SKILL.md files) covering each supported API plus higher-level workflow helpers, and a Gemini CLI extension that lets an agent use the same commands with the authentication you already set up.

Authentication supports interactive OAuth login with encrypted local storage, manual Google Cloud OAuth client setup, service accounts, pre-obtained access tokens, and exported credentials for headless CI. Installation is available through GitHub Releases, npm, Cargo, Nix, and Homebrew. The project is written in Rust, is Apache-2.0 licensed, and is stated to be under active development with possible breaking changes before v1.0.
