What is it?

JobOps is a self-hosted tool for job hunting that brings searching, screening and application tracking into one place. It queries LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and more than ten other job boards from a single screen, then uses an AI model to score each listing from 0 to 100 against your profile.

For each role, JobOps generates a rewritten CV matched to the job description and exports it as a PDF locally or through Reactive Resume. It also checks visa sponsorship status and can connect to Gmail to update application statuses when recruiter replies about interviews, offers or rejections.

JobOps does not submit applications automatically. It runs with Docker Compose and works with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint such as Ollama.
