Что это?

JarkViewer is a lightweight image viewer for Windows that opens common formats like JPEG and PNG as well as newer ones such as AVIF, HEIC, JPEG XL, and QOI, plus RAW camera files, animated images, iOS Live Photos and Android motion photos. Video and audio files open in a separate built-in player with seeking, volume control, a live spectrum view for audio, and a media info panel.

It ships as a single portable executable with statically linked dependencies, so it runs without installation. Common actions such as zooming, rotating, panning, slideshows, frame-by-frame browsing of animations, and moving or deleting files are mapped to keyboard shortcuts and mouse gestures.

Beyond viewing, it includes a print preview with black-and-white and dithering modes, a markup editor with shapes, text and mosaic tools, batch conversion and resizing, and file renaming. On Windows it can register file associations and provide Explorer thumbnails for supported formats through a bundled DLL.
