The Agency is a library of AI agent definitions, each written as a specialist persona with a defined identity, working processes, deliverables and success metrics. The roster is grouped into divisions such as Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Product, Testing, Security, Support and Spatial Computing, with entries covering roles like frontend developer, backend architect, code reviewer, SRE and penetration tester.

The repository includes shell scripts that convert these agent files into formats used by many AI coding and assistant tools, including Claude Code, Cursor, Aider, Windsurf, Codex and Gemini CLI. The installer can target a specific tool and filter by division, individual agent, or a predefined team, and supports a dry-run mode. A separate desktop app is also available for browsing and installing the roster.

Each agent file can be used directly as an installed assistant persona or simply read and adapted as a reference prompt for building your own agents.
