これは何？

Cloudflare Computer keeps a workspace's authoritative state in SQLite inside a Durable Object and exposes it as a filesystem. Code run against that workspace goes through a single entry point, workspace.runtime.exec, which dispatches to one of several backends registered under stable IDs.

Three backends are included. The container backend mounts the state as a FUSE filesystem inside a sandbox container through a sandbox-side daemon called computerd, with a full Linux userland and network access. The isolate shell backend runs just-bash in a Dynamic Worker and reads the workspace over Workers RPC. The isolate JavaScript backend evaluates an ECMAScript module in a fresh Dynamic Worker with Workspace-backed node:fs/promises and host modules such as ws:git and ws:container. A workspace can also be used without any backend, as a plain filesystem.

The package is aimed at developers building agents on Cloudflare Workers. The @cloudflare/computer package is marked production-ready, while the container backend and some pieces are labeled experimental.
