What is it?

WebToApp is an Android app that packages web content into installable APK files without a PC or a remote build server. Beyond simple URL wrapping, it can bundle local server runtimes such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Go and WordPress, which run as native processes from app storage. Projects can be exported as Android Studio source, and Google Play AAB files can be generated with targetSdk rewritten to the Play-required level.

The builder also includes a network layer with DNS-over-HTTPS, proxy support, TLS fingerprint spoofing through a local MITM bridge, and Encrypted Client Hello on both the system WebView and GeckoView engines. Apps can be extended with JS/CSS modules, userscripts, and MV3 Chrome extensions. Signing covers V1, V2 and V3 schemes, with keystore management on the device.

An built-in Agent can operate the app through natural-language commands using a configured LLM, calling up to 60 tools for creating, building and exporting apps. The host UI is available in 10 languages.
