What is it?

Mydia is a self-hosted platform for tracking, organizing and monitoring movies and TV shows. It pulls metadata from TMDB and TVDB, watches your library, and searches configured indexers for wanted episodes or films. Downloads go to clients such as qBittorrent, Transmission, SABnzbd or NZBGet, and the release ranking picks the best match by episode, audio language, resolution, custom formats and quality profile. Upgrades replace existing files only after the new release clears the profile's margin.

The server runs as a Docker container and provides a Phoenix LiveView web UI with admin and guest roles, a request workflow, local login and OIDC single sign-on. A separate Mydia Player app for Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, Linux and the web streams your library over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection, and can also browse Plex, Jellyfin and Stash servers in an experimental mode.

The project is in early 0.x development, so breaking changes are expected.
